General terms and conditions

General terms and conditions of the online store

The general terms and conditions of the online shop are made according to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for e-business. Dična’s Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as “online store”) is managed by the Rembo d.o.o. as a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as “the provider”). Upon registration to the online store system, the visitor obtains a user name that is identical to his e-mail address and password. The user name and password of the user unambiguously determine and connect to the entered data. By registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. General terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the user’s rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

Accessibility of information (summary of legislation)

The Tenderer undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  • company identity (name and registered office, registry number)
  • contact information that enables users to quickly and effectively communicate (e-mail, phone)
  • essential characteristics of products and services (including after-sales services and warranties)
  • accessibility of products (any product or service offered on the site should be accessible within a reasonable time),
  • terms of delivery of product or service execution (manner, place and deadline of delivery)

All prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined and must be shown, whether they already contain taxes and transport costs

  • method of payment and delivery
  • time validity of the offer
  • a time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; moreover, if and to what extent a customer’s repayment of the product costs
  • clarification of the complaint process, including all contact details of the contact person or customer contact

Offer items

Due to the nature of the business via the Internet, the offer of the online store is updated and changed frequently and quickly. Regular prices are usually recommended sales prices of the maker or importer or the prices set by the provider itself.

Method of payment

The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • with paypal
  • with credit and debit cards
  • by transfer to the account of an online store manager (by bid / bill);

The provider issues the invoice to the customer on a durable medium.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider’s server.


The online price applies to all members of the online store. Each member becomes registered with an online store. Prices are final for a particular product, excluding shipping costs.
Prices are valid at the time of the award and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices apply in the case of payment with the above mentioned payment methods, subject to the above conditions.
Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the bidder will offer the buyer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.
The sales contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail message confirming the status). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.


The consumer in this chapter is the buyer who acquires or uses products for purposes outside his professional or profit activity. In other chapters, the term “buyer” takes into account the buyer and the consumer. If the delivered products are different from the ordered products (delivery of the wrong products), the buyer or the consumer returns the delivered products and the provider will replace them with the appropriate ones free of charge. In this case, the provider will bear the cost of postage. However, the Bidder does not cover the cost of returning the advertised products, unless the error has been identified from the bidder’s site. The originally delivered products can only be returned unused, undamaged and in the same packaging. If the delivered products do not correspond to the properties or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of defective products), the buyer must inform the tenderer thereof within eight days of the date of receipt of the product. If it was not possible to observe a mistake with a normal overview check (a hidden mistake), the buyer must inform the Art Institute Dična about it within eight days of the day he spotted the error, otherwise he loses this right. Rembo d.o.o. is not responsible for the mistakes that appear after six months have passed since the product was delivered.

Rembo d.o.o. is not responsible for any inconsistent errors in the contents of the originally sealed product.

Consumer or the buyer must describe the error in the error notice and allow the Rembo d.o.o. to examine the item.

The consumer or buyer who has notified the bidders in a timely and correct manner of the error has the right to demand from him within two years of the submission of the error message to correct the error on the product or:

  • returns part of the amount paid in proportion to the error or
  • replace the product with a new flawless product or
  • returns the amount paid.

    In any case, the consumer or the buyer also has the right to demand from the provider compensation for damage, in particular the reimbursement of material costs, replacement products, work, transfer and transport of products that arise in order to fulfill the obligations from the previous paragraph.

Product return

It can always happen that the product does not suit you when you receive it. You can decide to exchange it, we can repair it (length, width…), or you can return it and we will issue you a credit note or refund the purchase price. If you decide to refund the purchase price, and if you met the conditions for free shipping (for purchases with a total value of over €100), we will deduct the shipping cost.

A refund is only possible for products at regular prices, but unfortunately we do not refund the purchase price for products on sale.

All products must be unworn and undamaged. The return period is 14 days.

In case that the product is made to order, according to your measurements and wishes, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract!


The ordered products will be delivered with usually recommended delivery, depending on the choice of the buyer. All orders will be sent by Slovenian post. Take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING! The delivery time for Europe takes about 3 – 5 working days. The delivery time for the rest of the world (not free shipping!) takes about 5 – 12 working days.
If the bidder is unable to fulfill his obligation because the goods may not be available, he will inform the buyer about this. The products will be delivered in appropriate packaging, which will ensure confidentiality of the nature of the product. In the event the tenderer decides to cancel the ordered products in a timely manner, he shall not be liable for the exceeded delivery period of the contractor. Delivery is made to the address given by the user at the time of registration or order. In the event that at the time of delivery, no one is at the address, the delivery agent will leave a notice of the arrived shipment, about attempting to surrender goods.

Collection of personal data and registration

To shop in an online store, the user must register. When registering, the user must provide personal data or information about the legal entity. The user must fill out personal account information, payment information and delivery information.

Delivery information

Fields are the same as for payment information. You can enter different delivery data for different delivery, but you can indicate that you want to use the same data as for payment information.
The online store can also automatically collect some information about the hardware and software of your computer. These include: IP address, browser type, domain names, access time, and web site addresses you’ve visited on our online store. Rembo d.o.o. uses this information solely for the purpose of calculating general statistics on the use of online store.

Change of personal data

At any time, the user can change his / her personal information, delivery address and address for payment. This is done by signing in to the online store and selecting My Account.

Use of personal data

Rembo d.o.o. collects information on the online store in order to ensure the proper functioning of the online store and the provision of the required services. Rembo d.o.o. can also use your data for the following purposes:
• internal market research
• informing customers about news on the online store
• informing clients about new products related to the products or services offered by Rembo d.o.o..

Protection of personal data

The online store is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act. Your data will only be used for the internal purposes of Rembo d.o.o. and will not be passed on to third parties. The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user.
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, accounts) and other communication needed.
In no case shall the user’s information be handed over to unauthorized persons.
In order to protect personal data, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his user name and password.

Using Cookies

Cookies are text files loaded on your computer by a web host. Cookies do not contain any information that could identify your identity. By using cookies, the server knows that you have returned to the site, which can be used with the product to customize the site to the user.
Most cookie browsers automatically accept. If you do not want to receive them, or you want to be notified before the cookie is loaded on your computer, you can specify this in your browser settings.


Rembo d.o.o. is not responsible for disruptions in the course of the service resulting from user behavior (eg virus-infected computer) or path providers infrastructure used by the online store service (for example, Internet service failure).


The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if this user explicitly does not object. The user can mark this in the application process.

Advertising emails will contain the following components:

  • they will be clearly and unambiguously labeled as advertising messages,
  • the sender will be clearly visible,
  • various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be designated as such. Also, the conditions for participation in them will be clearly defined,
  • the way to unsubscribe from receiving ad messages,
  • the user’s desire not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.

Obligation of responsibility

The provider is making every effort to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the articles, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In this case, the buyer will notify the buyer of the changes and will allow him to resign from the order or to replace the ordered item. Although the provider is trying to provide accurate photographs of sales items, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not provide product features.

Complaints and disputes

Rembo d.o.o. respects the current consumer protection legislation. It is struggling to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaints handling system. The complaint procedure is available on the website, easy to use and confidential. Within five working days, the bidder will confirm that he has received the complaint, informed the buyer how long he will handle it and keep it informed about the progress of the procedure. The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before a court. Therefore, the provider strives to do his best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent.
